Selection Process for Call Center Recuriment
We are following the methodology as stated
below to select the skilled Call Center Agents to your organization.
1. Short-Listing on Education .
We're making the advertisement in the leading
newspaper (Like Times of India, Deccan Herald) for walk-in
interviews and we're collecting their CV online by filling
the information or be getting through mail. Based on their
Education and their score, we're Completing the first short-listing
Methodology.
2. Short-Listing using Online Test.
In the second round, we're conducting the
written test for Maths and English. Here the process of short-listing
is based on their total score(60-90%)
3. Short-Listing by Listening Skill
According to the candidate's listening skill,
they're short-listed on the basis of their score (90%).
4. Short-Listing through Group Discussion
We conduct the group discussion to know
about their communication skill, knowledge in the respective
topics, leadership qualities, body language etc. Based on
their score(70-90%) our short-listing process 3 has been fulfilled.
5. Short-Listing by Presentation Skill.
Individual candidate will be given a topic
for presentation, to judge his/her involvement in the respective
topic, body language, communication skills, Ethics and Query
answering. Here we're looking for the score to be short-listed
is 80-90%.
