SHARE CAPITAL

KCSL is a Public Limited Company, incorporated on 30th October 1981.

The authorized share capital of the company is Rs. 2.25 million equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The present issued, subscribed and paid up capital is Rs. 1.421 million equity shares fully paid. These shares of the company are listed on the Bangalore Stock Exchange.

DEPOSITS

KCSL accepts Fixed Deposits from the public, under 'Regular Income Scheme' (Scheme I) and 'Cumulative Deposit Scheme' (Scheme II). The interest on deposits ranges from 11% to 13% depending upon the period of deposit. As on 31st March 2000, KCSL has accepted deposits to the tune of Rs. 5.256 million.
